I have recently returned from a week's skiing. I worked with Tom specifically on ski training about 2-3 months before going and I felt huge benefit. Not only did I feel fitter and stronger on the slopes I was not stiff at all at the end of the day's skiing which previously had always been a problem. I'd thoroughly recommend Tom when you have a fitness goal you are trying to achieve - he understands what you need to do and pushes you to make you achieve that goal. next target is preparationg for windsurfing....

I'm working with Tom for a month only,but I can tell you he is a really good trainer. Very helpful, giving you advices,checking your diet.If you are playing fair,keeping the rules you will see the results earlier then you thought! I proudly recommend him to everyone.

Tom has been my PT for 1.5yrs. He's helped me take cycling & running to the next level, by competing in duathlons. He's revolutionised my nutrition & strength training, so I've lost fat, I've toned-up & I feel fitter & healthier. He's very knowledgable & he taught me a great deal about exercising, nutrition & recovery, but most importantly he taught me how to RESPECT my body!

I've known Tom over 18 months, met in a gym he was not training me, he'd still give me advice if I asked. One thing he said that stuck 'I specialize in personal training and although I have trained in various areas in and around my field I will always refer you to other professionals. I tore my calf he refered me to a physio and I allowed them to comunicate so he could tailor a rehab program, I feel good now. I also do some Kickboxing with him, It's a good work out the people are friendly and he's a nice guy.

Tom is a great personal trainer who will ensure that you reach whatever objectives you may have. I trained with Tom for around 10 weeks prior to my wedding and he helped me loosing around a stone of fat and build a fair amount of muscle. I had to relocate after my wedding and this is the only reason I stopped using his friendy and very professional services.

For all the anti-gym goers! :) - Tom has been my PT for just 6 months and it only stopped because I moved away. I hated the gym, and from the first day I started with him, I was then really looking forward to go. It made it fun, time was flying away, and results were achieved. I lost weight, toned, and felt much more energetic! Tom is fantastic, he makes sure you enjoy yourself as much as you achieve the results you want!

Excellent - Tom is a 'first class' personal trainer and a really nice guy to work with. His programmes are bespoke, varied, fun and above all achieve results. I have trained with Tom for 9 months and as a result I am healthier, have lost weight and fitter than I have been for years! I would recommend Tom to anyone who like me had struggled to get results in the past.

Tom's Great! - I've been training with Tom for about a year - started off with a goal to get fit for skiing which I achieved. He has helped strengthen my core and always motivates me to push my fitness level. The sessions are always varied and enjoyable. Would highly recommend.

Excellent results - I've been training with Tom for about 15 months now - that should tell you all you need to know. Since starting with Tom I have made a lot of progress, I'm fitter, healthier and more relaxed. I'd tried doing this on my own, and briefly with other trainers, in the past but never got anywhere and given up after a few months. Tom keeps it interesting and gets results. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!!

Protom - highly recommended - I started personal training with Tom to tone up for my wedding (in 2 weeks!) The sessions have been fun and varied - the time flies! Tom tailors his training to the individual and makes sure that I'm always challenging myself and taking the training to the next level. I have seen amazing results - I had my hen do last weekend and all of my friends couldn't stop talking about my toned arms :)

Highly Recommended!! - Tom was a huge help to me... I badly broke my ankle about 18 months ago and had lost all my confidence in my fitness & ability to get back in the gym or on my bike. Tom worked with me on a rehab program and really took into account my fears but also challenged them and gave me a huge amount of confidence and now I am back at the gym & cycle to work every day - it's fantastic!!! Nice guy too!

Pro-Tom - Tom offers really challenging and exciting work-outs that energise your brain as well as your body. Within weeks I could see results, with improved toning all over my body and my clothes started to feel loose. He is really well-informed about how the body works and what exercises can strengthen weak areas. He has really helped my flexibility and overall muscle tone and is a really nice bloke too!

Would definitely recommend!! - Tom saved the day when I needed to lose some weight and tone up for my wedding with only 6 weeks till the big day! The sessions he designed for me were hard work but with an element of fun. I achieved my goal and walked down the aisle a very confident bride! I have since continued my sessions with Tom and look forward to every session, he really helps me to push myself and keep fit!
