Kickboxing 4 Fitness
We are not a Club everybody welcomed to have fun, whether you are beginner or advanced come along to Develop fitness, confidence and self defence! All sessions are designed for individuals and their own training goals, we can achieve these to keep the numbers lower than 20 people. We provide one to one service in our classes, minimum 3 minutes per person but it is depending on how many people attend
